Rotary Club Shivamoga Midtown – Project Report The Rotary Club Shivamoga Midtown successfully organized a Wheelchair Donation Program at Shimoga Town Railway Station on 10th July 2026. The initiative was undertaken to provide better accessibility and assistance to physically challenged passengers, senior citizens, and expectant mothers visiting the railway station. The event was graced by Station Manager Mr. Bibhas Nandi as the Chief Guest. The program was led by Club President Rtn. Dr. Sridhara S., Secretary Rtn. Ujwala B. S., Community Director Rtn. Manjunath, Vice President Rtn. Anil P. Shetty, Club Learning Facilitator Rtn. Rajendra Prasad, Sergeant-at-Arms Rtn. Narahari Borkar, Rtn. Uma Amar Belgur, and Rtn. Raghupathi Siddoji, along with committee members and fellow Rotarians. The donated wheelchair will remain available at the railway station for the benefit of passengers in need, ensuring comfort and accessibility.
