On behalf of Rotary Club Shivamogga Midtown, we successfully conducted a Nutritious Food Distribution Program on 8th July 2026 for children suffering from nutritional deficiencies at McGann Hospital, Shivamogga. During the program, Dr. Veeresh, Paediatricion, delivered an informative address on the importance of nutrition in children’s lives. He eloquently explained how a balanced and nutritious diet is essential for healthy growth, physical development, stronger immunity, and overall well-being. His insightful talk created awareness among the parents and encouraged them to adopt healthy nutritional practices for their children. Nutritious food kits were distributed to around 40 children, with the aim of supporting their health and well-being. The beneficiaries and their families appreciated this thoughtful initiative. We sincerely thank the doctors, nursing team, and all Rotarians for support in making this service project a Success.
